Your website is where most students decide whether to enquire, and your data is where you learn which marketing actually produces students. I help universities and colleges build programme pages and landing pages that convert visitors into enquiries, and set up enrollment analytics that connect every enquiry, application and enrollment back to the channel that produced it.

The journey I manage
Abbas has worked with universities, skill missions and education brands including

Programme pages carry the most weight in a student’s decision. I design and write them to answer the questions students and parents actually have: duration, intake dates, fees, eligibility, curriculum, faculty, outcomes, scholarships and how to apply, with a clear enquiry option on every screen. They are also built to rank, working with my higher education SEO process.
Every paid campaign needs a page built for one programme and one action. A strong landing page has a headline that matches the ad, key facts above the fold, proof such as placements, rankings and student stories, a short form with a WhatsApp alternative, and nothing that distracts from the enquiry.
Every extra field on a form costs enquiries. I keep forms short, add smart fields that change by programme, offer WhatsApp and call options, and make sure every submission reaches the CRM instantly with its source.
Most students visit on mobile, often on slower connections. I make pages fast (tested with PageSpeed Insights), easy to use on small screens, and accessible to students with disabilities in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
I run A/B tests on headlines, proof, forms and calls to action, and keep the versions that produce more qualified enquiries. Result from previous work: +180% enquiry form submissions after a university website redesign.

I set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track enquiries, calls, WhatsApp clicks and key actions, apply consistent UTM tagging across campaigns, and connect the website to your CRM so that every lead carries its source from first visit to enrollment.
The most important data sits in your CRM and admissions system: applications, offers, deposits and enrollments. I connect it to marketing data, clean up source tracking and set rules so that counsellors record outcomes consistently.
One dashboard, built for leadership and teams, showing enquiries, applications, offers and enrollments by programme, source and market, with cost per application, cost per enrolled student and conversion rates at each stage. It updates automatically, so nobody has to build reports by hand. Guidance for GA4 is available in Google’s Analytics Help Centre.
Students research for weeks or months and use several channels before they enroll. I set up attribution that gives credit to the channels that start and support the journey, not only the last click, so you do not cut channels that are quietly doing important work.
The point of analytics is better decisions. Each month, I help you review the dashboard and decide what to change: which campaigns, events, agents or programmes to grow, fix or stop.
A typical review covers three questions: which channels produced enrolled students at the lowest cost, where in the funnel the most students were lost, and which programmes are behind target. Each answer leads to a specific action for the coming month.
These analytics also support student enrollment consulting and student recruitment funnels, where stage-by-stage data shows where to improve.
I lead the strategy, structure, content and conversion design, and work with your web developer or a trusted partner on the build. For landing pages, I can build directly in WordPress and common landing page tools.
GA4 shows website behaviour, but not who applied or enrolled. Connecting it to your CRM and admissions data is what turns website analytics into enrollment analytics.
A first version usually takes three to six weeks, depending on the state of your data and systems. It improves as tracking and data quality improve.
Access to your website, analytics, ad accounts and CRM, an export of last cycle’s applications and enrollments, and a contact in your admissions team who can explain how outcomes are recorded. I handle the set-up and document everything so your team can maintain it.
